Party Boat not loading

Perturbee, you might have an answer to this since you have several devices. I recently got an ipad mini and got sims freeplay on it to start a different game on which to experiment on. When I try to go to the party boat on my original game on my iphone 4, it doesn't load. Does this mean that I can't go to the party boat on my ipad?

If anyone else know how to help, I would greatly appreciate it!

Sometimes mine does that on my ipad. I just close it out (doing the double tap on the home button then swiping or x-ing out in your case). Occasionally that hasn't worked but if I wait 5-10 minutes it works again.

Happened to me once. I sign out of game center and signed back in and that fixed it.

I play on 2 iPhones and it happens on both of them once in a while.

Either I close the game from the list of opened apps as JKCher stated and if that doesn't work I restart the device. If neither of that works I sign in and out of GC and/or fb. Usually one of the four solves the problem!
