Teen idol quest

I recently completed the sims idol request collecting all the notes my goal is stuck at 91% and its saying i need 3 more notes (which i dont) i restarted the goal thinking that would help and it didnt its still saying i need 3 more notes (which i dont cuz i collected them all again) i cant move on cuz the goal isnt dissapearing im stuck and noone can help me i recently contacted firemoney and i got no responce bak and i dont think i will this has been like this for weeks now can someone help!??????

Are you doing all of the notes in your own neighborhood? They don't count if you do them at a neighbors' town. They show up on the grid, but they don't count toward completing the quest.
