I just joined this forum. I have been unable to get neighbors, how do I do this? I have friends on Facebook that play but when I try to add them nothing happens. Please add me and see if it works, on Facebook I am Leigh Byrnes, my username is CountessCrazy.

If you started playing with the Fasion update or the Royalty update this is a known issue. Please do report this at the support site: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new
If you are on Android, you can use this guide to fix it yourself (it's a bit of work though): viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2723&p=34127#p32948

I don't have access to Kindle, so I can't examine/make any packages for it. I doubt the regular Android ones work, since they link to the Google Play store.

After many many days of getting nowhere and even coming to believe it was a known bug that the developers were working on, it turns out to be a very convoluted procedure with Facebook to get it set up and then it works FINE.

I am not taking credit for this - just wanted it here where we can find it next time we need it. This even worked from my friend with the Kindle. End of problem!

Hi,

I need a neighbor. I'm on level 25. I have a pool and a snow park and just about everything else you're asked to use in a neighbor's town. I need someone who has all that stuff too. I don't do game center....just Facebook. I don't have a ton of Facebook friends....that's by choice...all actual friends and family.
