If you put your facebook id here, maybe someone looking for a neighbor who has a fire hydrant will add you. Or look at this thread; there are people listed who are looking for new freeplay friends who you can add.

Some players have "house for neighbors" will all (or as much as possible) of what you need when visiting all on one lot.
