My update is complete i,m backing a pumpkin pie now.
But i can,t ad a new sim into my town. I have 34 Sims and have rreach my limit

34 sims lol !! Max is 31. Did you have twins ?

I just checked. Because I bought 2 teen packs (gift cards) and unlocked a lot of sims with LPs, it said my next sim to add was 6 levels away. After the update, I can add a sim at the next level. Sweet!

Yes, the maximum is now 32. We get one more Sim and one more level.
