Thanksgiving update has arrived

So far so good, download complete and Michael is still doing his pulled pork bbq in another sim town with 15 hours to go. I also got moved from 52% to 92% on my current level!! Bonus!! Thankgiving quest is well underway with Ben baking the pumkin pie

Every time after clothing the game, then open again to continue, the connection to FB is cut
The partyboat on town map shows 1 neighbour. But if I tap the boat, I see my GC friends and the other Simtown.

This may cause problems, if we visit FB neighbours, and then close the game. Once I logged out from FB via the game for some reason, when my sim was away. I couldn't call him back, because he was busy and that town wasn't on my partyboat list. Taping on him in the sim tracker didn't work either. Then I logged in to FB again, and all was as usual *phew* Not sure, whether it's still so easy

I always upload manually to the cloud, before I visit a neighbour. In case something like this happens, and I have to reset my game, I won't lose too much progress

Yay!! Excited for the new update, and even more excited to see that the Thanksgiving quest came up for me. (Perhaps a silly concern, but I had wondered what would happen since I'm still on the Higher Education quest. This just added another goal, so I have four: the social goal, the mystery box/regular goal, the Higher Education quest goal, and a new Thanksgiving goal.)

So was I, but I didn't notice until I saw these posts and went to check. I play through GC and I saved to the cloud before the update just in case it came in when I wasn't paying attention (it did!)

Yay update! I went and grabbed some progressive things before diving in
