Increase in max sims per level?

Didn't go up a level, but I have been able to add a Sim before I expected to. So welcome Cola Kingston. Her house isn't ready yet so she's staying with her Uncle Don and once her house is sorted out then she get a teenage daughter. And Mae will be pleased because she also a single parent and a bit lonely so I think there may be a Cola/Mae romance on the horizon.....

No level increase but I was able to add 2 more SIMS. Thanks for the heads up!

So glad I read these posts, I rushed back to my town and managed to get another six sims and a cheap house,
