The items in the home-store will disappear, not what you have in your inventory.
Thank you! I first assumed that, but then got nervous!
I'm probably going to have to adopt a toddler for the Christmas quests...I was wondering...can single sims adopt?
I know they can adopt teens - one of mine did. And my unmarried couple adopted a pre-teen. Haven't tried adopting a toddler yet.
I think, therefore, I Sim! (Or I did before they told me to "harvest" them)

*record scratches* Wait, December 23rd, or December 13? It wouldn't make sense for a 12 day quest to only happen over 2 days (unless the quest ends on Jan. 2).

In some cultures, January 6 is Three Kings' Day, so the 12 days of Christmas would end there. Supposed to be the day the 3 kings / wise men showed up at the stable in Bethlehem. It gets celebrated here in south Florida by a lot of the Cubans and other Hispanic folks. Babies born on January 6 sometimes are named after one of the 3 kings (my father-in-law was).
I hope they give us a couple of weeks to work on it, I can't see people telling their families that they can't start Christmas dinner or something until they finish the daily Sim quest!
