Thanks! That helps. I'm trying to plan where to spend my LP's. I've gone stark raving crazy with this stuff!Delphine wrote:TheLadySimsalot wrote:Does anyone know how much the staircase, North Pole decoration, snow globe, and reindeer will cost?
(Besides the first free ones).
I think (someone could confirm) That the staircase is 75.000 $ and the reindeer is 75 LPs. I don't Know for the other Stuff'

Re: [SPOILER] Christmas AND New Year's Eve Quests!!
Looks like day 11 going to be antoher long one.
I already see the tasks 'Make presents at the workshop' which takes 4 hrs 12 mins and 'Take a closer look at vacuum' which takes 7 hrs 7 mins.
Hopefully day 12 will be short especially as it is Christmas eve.

Thanks for the heads-up!
Re: [SPOILER] Christmas AND New Year's Eve Quests!!
Ow dear, just saw this list on Facebook:
Complete Xmas day 11 to win a Xmas snow globe!
1. Sing carols using a nutcracker soldier (6 hrs 30 mins)
2. Have a toddler sit on Santa's lap (2 mins)
3. Make presents at the workshop (4 hrs 12 mins)
4. Sing carols with the grouch (4 mins)
5. Be funny to the grouch (10 secs)
6. Take a closer look at vacuum (7 hrs 7 mins)
That means starting a sim on making presents early so he finishes soon after the other 2 tasks.
What was FM thinking when they made up these goals?

I don't know what they were thinking. Also, I prefer putting up Christmas decorations before Christmas, not during.hiser1974 wrote:Ow dear, just saw this list on Facebook:

*sigh*
Again, your letting me know what's coming helps tons. If they do it this way next year, I may "just say no".

Glad it helps you, though I must credit people in other timezones ahead of me posting this stuff.Otherwise I also wouldn't know.
It helps to plan. Though it would be nice if this amount of planning wasn't necessary for a casual game.
By the way: I think FM was thinking on making us spend lps.

I don't mind spending LP's, and paying real money for the game: if it's not just to speed up actions to obtain a decoration, and on a typically busy holiday.hiser1974 wrote:Glad it helps you, though I must credit people in other timezones ahead of me posting this stuff.Otherwise I also wouldn't know.

I know EA employees have to eat, and freemium games can be win-win. I just hope they don't push too many payer players too far.
As always, I appreciate you!

Re: [SPOILER] Christmas AND New Year's Eve Quests!!
This is starting to annoy me with the time it takes to complete these goals. I've been relaxing and enjoying Christmas parties with my family and taking the time to do shopping and decorating the tree. I don't have time to play the sims and now I'm over a day behind on goals. I only have 22 LPs. I don't want to spend them all on speeding the goals up. It's bad enough that those people who don't have the pet shop built, wont get their reindeer.

Thank you for the update. Helps me plan tomorrow. Saving my LP's. I don't know what's in store for New Years. I might need them.hiser1974 wrote:Ow dear, just saw this list on Facebook:
