If you don't have a toddler, will the toddler quest skip? My game is only level 10 and I haven't unlocked toddlers yet.

If you don't have a toddler, you will not get the task.

I have two toddlers, but when I click to have one sit in santa's lap, santa says "Uh-uh" refusing and the footprints icon appears over his head.

What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: Never mind, I had to have the Christmas couch for Santa to sit on apparently? At any rate, once I moved that couch in, Santa let my toddler sit in his lap.

Hmmm ... I don't have the Christmas couch and Santa simply went and sat on some other seat. Maybe your way was blocked before?

I am on to the 3rd task of the 2nd day 'formulate a plan' with santa. It takes over 3 hours! Glad I started now, when I wake up in the morning at least they will be done!

That's good to know. I will be getting these quests tomorrow and have limited game time that day, so I will need to plan accordingly.

I took lots of pix this morning. I had Kyle spend the night at Molly's house, so that if Santa came, both of my toddlers would be in one house. Santa was everywhere - he started out at the fire house, where he apparently had a long talk with Harfang about his Teddy Bear Hoarding Problem Then he went to Cedrella's Close Encounters for a snack and some coffee with some of the Sims who were there grabbing breakfast. He finally went over to Charlie's house where the kids were all still sleeping, so he talked to Charlie, Aberforth, Katie & Rosmerta (who were all very happy to see him, clapping their hands and laughing) and admired the Christmas tree, the sleigh in the yard, etc. I finally got my weather machine this week, so I put it at Charlie's house to make it snow

The kids got to sit on Santa's lap and then they all went to the park to feed Rudolph - so cute! The toddlers are really cute with Rudolph - really made me smile. Will post pix when I get back on my iPad - on PC at work during lunch break.

I'm on "feed carrots to rudolph in the park" and rudolph isn't there. What to do???
