Can someone check post-update availability of these items?

So far, I've learnt to stock up on the free Progressive cars, buy another Teen Idol Mansion, and any other Haunted Elevators that I want. But I've been saving up for some items and would really like to know if they are still available.

I would really appreciate it if someone could please check the availability and price of the following items after the Thanksgiving/Xmas update:

Bedroom:
The coloured 3-star beds that cost 14SP each.
The white wardrobe that costs 10SP.

Countertops:
The ones that cost SP.

Living Room:
The black 3-star chair for 35SP
The coloured SP furniture: Chairs for 7SP, 3-seat sofas for 14SP and 2-seat sofas for 10SP.
The red 3-star L and C sofas that cost 70,000 and 110,000 respectively

Dining Room:
The coloured 2-star dining chairs that cost 3SP

Decorations:
Cucoo Clock for 50SP
Suit of Armour for 30LP
Globe for 10,000

Pets:
Rabbits for 30LP


That's it - unless you see anything else that has become unavilable or increased significantly in price?
Also, have any of the other houses changed price? Are the LP ones (except Teen Mansion) still available for LP?

Yes to all furniture etc. (except, the 10sp White wardrobe is actually vertical white & blue stripes. All white, 3 door is simoleons 250)

I can't confirm any changes to House prices as I didn't know them in the first place

The white wardrobe that costs 10SP. There is a white one with blue inserts in the doors? That is still 10SP

Countertops:
The ones that cost SP. Those brown ones with the white / ivory marble tops? Still here - assorted prices from 8SP to 14SP for the one with the sink

Living Room:
The black 3-star chair for 35SP If it looks like a recliner, it's still here
The coloured SP furniture: Chairs for 7SP, 3-seat sofas for 14SP and 2-seat sofas for 10SP. Yup, all still here, same price

Thanks a lot guys! - I'm updating now...

It took ages to download (as usual), and I had to delete a few old apps because it warned me that I didn't have any room left, but it finally finished...

And the goal I was on (Teen learn to drive) finished abruptly and it went to the Dove ones, which was great because it allowed me to finish this week's mystery box quests much earlier that I otherwise would have.

And, best of all, I can now have 4 new sims! - Four!! - I have no idea who to add now, I'll probably need a new house to put them all in!
