Unlocking preteens

I got to the point in the challenge where it asks you to "play sims on PC" I have bought several different computers within the game and still nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to have a preteen do it? Try having a an adult play.

Teens can't do it either
Has to be an adult: select the bottom option ... Play Sims (the shorter time).
