Where to find the Turkey Hat?

This may be silly but I don't know where to find the Turkey Hat. The message box said it is in the Create-a-Sim section.
I checked the "browse clothing" through a wardrobe and the "salon" choices, but could not find the Turkey Hat.
Does this mean I can only access the Turkey Hat if I delete one of the existing SIms and create a new one?

It is with the hairstyles when you "browse clothing" with a dresser. It's towards the left with the shamrock hat (if you've unlocked it) and the scary hockey masks, etc.

Beware. If you have hair that is no longer available, by choosing the hat, you forfeit the hair.

Correct and you can see if it's not available by the absence of the green tickbox on any hair sets. If it can be put back on you'll see the current one checked.
