FB log in problems after holiday update?

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else experiencing problems with logging into the party via facebook? I can't access my neighbours since the update and more importantly, cannot save to cloud since I repeated see the "log in has expired message."

Yes a few of us have posted about this problem. I managed to log in after a few tries. Try force closing both SFP and FB before you try and use the account button (keyhole at bottom right) rather than from the party boat itself. The worst part was that after a day, I was logged out from FB again and had to re-log in. Good thing it took only 2 tries today!

Oh wait, do I have to have a facebook app installed in my device?

update:
I've tried what you suggested (but logging in via browser instead). Still not working.
Well, it's a good thing I'm not planning to collect SP anymore since all the houseboats are now built. I guess I might have to play without the party boat for now.

I had the same problem with losing all of my neighbors! I saved my game to the cloud. I then deleted my game but kept stats on Game Center. I reinstalled the game and connected the game to Facebook. Once completed, I logged into the game and all my neighbors were back......

Yeah every time I go to visit my neighbour after the game is 'closed' out I have to re log-in. It's irritating but the other neighbours I have I can't ever find anything so I just put up with it lol

Unfortunately, I tried the tip as suggested by firemonkeys (twice) and still...nothing.
Sigh. I guess my sims will now live in a post-apocalyptic world where they are the sole survivors. Better start making babies, sims!

Sorry to hear that, Anna. Taking a break from visiting is not as bad as not being able to save your game. Hope they fix this problem soon.

yup, experienced FB problems too whereby it always says login session expired, annoying but will be able to connect after tapping login
