FB log in problems after holiday update?

I'm also getting disconnected, but I am able to log back in. I tried FM's fix last night, but it didn't work for me.

I've not been able to log into FB for about 24 hours now, even trying the various fixes that have been suggested - just not happening for me.
Noticed straight after the current update that my game started to auto log me out of FB, although at that time I could log back in again.
At least GC is working ok, just a bit of a pain as unable to transfer my iPhone save game over to Android tablet.
Seems like a lot of people are having the same log in issue...hopefully this gets sorted soon.

Thanks for posting the FM support page. It also didn't work for me, unfortunately. I have updated my support ticket with that info, so hopefully it will help them fix this problem.

Quick update - I've just managed to log into FB Fingers crossed it stays logged in now.

Had a lot of problems logging in to FB today. Had to wait awhile after several attempts and restart my iPad. I only bothered because I wanted to save my game. This is really getting ridiculous!
Apologies to my neighbours if you find zombies in my town because I couldn't save my game. If this problem persists, might just take a break till the Christmas Quest starts.

I have had to log in about 10 times today, it really is getting silly. I have to remember to check every time I want to save!

We're currently aware of an issue causing some players to not be able to log in to Facebook or remain logged into Facebook, resulting in losing your Neighbours and possibly affecting your Cloud connectivity. Our team are working tirelessly to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Yeah every time I go to visit my neighbour after the game is 'closed' out I have to re log-in. It's irritating but the other neighbours I have I can't ever find anything so I just put up with it lol

Mine does this too. It is really annoying as I have two Facebook accounts, and the one I use daily, isn't the one I Sim on.

It's easy to log out/log in/log into Sims....but it's time consuming/irritating. I'm glad I don't have as many problems as some of us though.

Ditto. A fb friend told me I had zombies. Eek.

I've had the same problems since the update, but since I'm using iPad, I just use Game Center only. I'm able to connect and save to the cloud through GC and receive my mail and party boat gifts! I miss visiting some neighbors I had that were Facebook only, but as long as I can save, I'm okay with just using GC! Don't know what my Sims look like, but at least I can save. I hope they don't look like "The Walking Dead!"
