Can I make another Idol after update?

Has anyone tried making a teen idol in a neighbor hood SINCE the update? Im refering to the glitch that let you have more than one teen idol.

I have 6 teen idols lol. Send your teen to another town & have them practice an instrument or sing. The warning will come up that this sim will replace your current teen idol. Just ignore & carry on anyway. Don't have your sim in your own town playing anything at the time.
When your sim has finished in neighbours town send him or her home. Another teen idol

Cool! And the second once gets any notes (like other hobbies, once you have an expert the others can get any of the objects no matter what level they are) or the second one will have to go step by step?

After I deleted my Teen Idol as part of the Baby Glitch, I found my new solo teen idol could play all the instruments and gain notes, even though he was at the lower levels.

In my expanded town, I'm going for multiple Teen Idols, so I can have a band!
