Modern Ranch Update - Infos, Changes, Bugs

I checked my SimDex and it show my only complete developer site is the Fantasea. The other yacht and all downtown sites show as incomplete, but they’re all built. I contacted support, so hopefully we’ll get a fix like last time.

I also contacted the online support. They told me to reinstall the game and closed the conversation right away As many players are talking about this issue I don’t think reinstalling will help. Nevertheless I followed the advice and wasn’t surprised that the Simdex is still messed up.

I heard back from support. They wanted screenshots to prove I actually had those 6 sites built. I sent them, so now we”ll wait and see.

And I'm pretty sure they changed the 8mil mansion AH, I definitely saw classic chandeliers there but after a weekend maintenance they took 2 out along with the candelabra.

Unfortunately the developers can and they do remove items from any houses in the game no matter if they were prizes in quests, bought from the Architect Homes tab or from Online Store I don’t know if they would put them back if players complain.

I haven’t contacted support yet. In my experience, it doesn’t tend to get you very far. I’ll just plug away and wait a while longer for my 2 extra sims. In the meantime, maybe the bug will get fixed like it did with the bug when they introduced the extra levels. Life is busy at the moment! Hence the reason I haven’t reached level 60 yet

Have you also lost your progress on your already achieved Downtown Developer and Superyacht quests in your Simdex?
I‘m sure that this is a bug - I will not repeat those ugly quests anyway for sure…

I read a post on FB that this issue has been solved with a push update. In my game it is correct now

That's a quick update, but IDK why we got so many random bugs like that lol

I think we need 2-tile saloon door, the door from live event is too small.
And instead of carving wood or that bar brawl it'll be cooler if we get a country dance animation..

Since the update, new houses built across the bridge don't have their special lots. I guess it's great if you don't want the snow on the Christmas lots, but the Lakehouse snow angels look kind of funny in the grass.

I think pregnancy event group task is easier now, mostly I only need like 10 - 13 sims. Idk if this is just for 1st trimester.
Previously they made all doctor visit and yoga instructor free..

I noticed that too when I recently did a pregnancy event for the first time in years. Not the free appts, but the easier group tasks. I may even do another one when I get my additional Sim after Sim Springs is finished (one neighborhood rank to go!). It may depend on the pregnancy pack offered, though. Not fond of the current one, but I can’t do it in this update anyway.
