Oh! It hadn't occurred to me that the paving was overlapping. Awesome! Maybe someone can post a corrected price per pool as one sells. I would love to see that.

ETA: Does it matter which order you sell the pools?

IFIAK it doesn't matter in which order you sell them.
Tomorrow I will problably be able to check the sell price per pool on my test game.

I tested it out and the pool sells for the same amount whichever way its sold. Also selling the rooms in the house comes to a total of 13057 which is a decent amount.
Quick question: whats the max amount of simoleans?

No, they changed the prices after they found out a bunch of people were building the mansion & selling it for the simoleons. Some people built 5 or 6 of them when they cost LP, then sold them off to get simoleons to build different houses.

Yes, spying Monkeys upped the price because they saw Simmers had figured out how to make a good deal happen. The trade off was lowering the price of the Scandinavian House when they updated -- I suppose. It's hard to "spread the news" AND keep them from seeing it and fixing it so we can't take advantage. That was a FaNtAStIC way for people to get a little nest egg going and get ahead a bit... I wonder if they realize that if beginning players are not so discouraged they would keep playing. Hmmm... I guess it's really about them making money. I get that. I don't like that but I get that. EA is in it to make money, not make people happy.
