Oh well, bummer. was hoping I could get a bit of money to complete my collection of job places/hobby places.

That's one point of criticism I have about the game, everything takes too long, the transition from the flat part of the progression curve to the vertical part doesn't feel like a smooth transition, feels like a sharp angle. It doesn't make me want to spend any money either because I know everything takes so much of whatever currency that any reasonable amount of money spent is going to be gone with the snap of my finger.

I know right? now I'm up building houses again and a bit doubtful since I wont be able to edit the house as I please. (read: foreseeing a lack of simoleons)

Thought this is a great idea to earm simpletons. Have only 1 teen idol mansion but tried to see if I can sell the pools and I can't seem to do it, using the normal way to sell items in the house. Hence this stupid question, how do you sell the pools?

Click your outdoor store and select "create a pool" tool, after that, you just click the middle of your pool and the selling price will show up (just like deleting a room)
