Scandinavian House Premium Lot

I'm surprised and pleased the Scandinavian House I build on a premium lot came with a pool. I'm not as exasperated with Fire Mondkeys now.

Can you post pictures? I read in this forum that the Scandinavian House on a Premium Lot has only a bare patch of land in the back and no ocean view. I'd love to see if they have updated it. I just might go ahead and build one on a Premium Lot now that the price has come down so much!

It came with a pool? Thats interessting, mine from a few weeks ago did,nt had a pool.

HFN is at firehouse rd nr1 & also Scandinaviën house nextdoor has everything:-)
Ghost hunting, house with black roof
Reindeer farm-west Ocean Road #2
Puppy hobby is in the gingerbreadhouse.(westside 20)

Is this on an Island lot? I wonder if it could be different there than on the beach lots. I have one building now on the island. Ten hours away!
HFN at #11 West Side. Haunted House at #1 East Side. Three star instruments at #3 East Side.

Town premium lot or island lot? Would love to see it! I am deciding whether to go with my first houseboat or save up a little more for the Scandinavian house and can't decide if I should keep it in town or go with the island.
I think, therefore, I Sim! (Or I did before they told me to "harvest" them)

Pool on premium lot in main town. No beach front. You're welcome to visit. It's 1 East Oceanside.

Mine has finished building on the Island. It has the pool too. Very nice!
HFN at #11 West Side. Haunted House at #1 East Side. Three star instruments at #3 East Side.

I had no idea. This is my next build. I was thrilled it came down. But never considered a premium lot. See? Ya learn things every day here. It's a nice pool. Thanks for posting.

That's great News! Before the update there was nothing in the background. Now it's worth it to save up 50 more SPs :)
