Footprints above sim
I just started playing and when I push on a task for them to do something, footprints appear in a bubble above them. What does that mean?

It means That your sim can't reach or use the object you would like him to reach.
The Way is blocked by an ôther object (a Frisbee left on the floor for instance), the object you need to use isn't correctly placed (pût it on the ôther Way round) or maybe your sim has to change the house level and hé can't use the stairs as someone is already using thém.
