Designer Home - special objects?

Is there anything ultra special about the Designer Home, like special objects that I may not be able to get otherwise. I can't really tell from the pix that are posted in the thread with all the houses.

It looks pretty basic to me. But I think I might just choose between the Beachside Escape or the Medieval Castle for my next home and not bother with that one. What do you think?

The special thing is the fountain which you can't get any other way.
Also, there are two 3-star Blue Deck Chairs and two 3-star Wooden Deck Chairs which cannot be purchased, although they do come with some other houses too.

I like the contents enough that I've built one just to pilfer it down to the ground! I haven't hit "demolish" yet because I'm still collecting rent from the completely empty lot. I may rebuild there from scratch with my own design. But it doesn't have a beach view, so I'm torn. I might have to build the two story mansion to pilfer next!

Ive taken to doing that too, or completely remodeling. It seems cheaper tho idk!

Thanks HordePrime for those lists with furniture.

I also like to build houses and raid the furniture. I have made some notes on which furniture I want and which house has that furniture but nothing organized.So your lists are very welcome. It makes it easier to decide if it is cheaper to buy the house or buy the furniture. More spreadsheets just for a game
