Thinking Man Goal

I havenot yet built my park-can my sim visit a neighbor's park to use the thinking man to accomplish the goal in the Preparing for Preteen quest?

Not too sure what this thinking man goal is but all goals (except the specific social goals which earn SPs) must be carried out in your own town for it to count.

there is a thinking man statue in the chess part of the park. but i thought it was not interactive.

I remember this goall. Only neighborhood goals count. So, you cant complete your goals in a neighborhood for it to count.

You MUST build a park in your town. The poster above me is right. Non-social goals can't be done in neighbors' towns.
