3 sims driving simultaneously

I've got to get 3 sims driving simultaneously which I've now tried doing 4 times today but it still won't count as having done it. Why not. I've tried different ways, like watching the cars, not watching them etc but I've still not passed the goal. HELP,

I had trouble getting 3 Sims to go for the actual drive. I had to try several different cars at different homes before I got 3 to hop in and go. But once they were all on the road it was fine for me. Maybe wait at the last one on the road's house and when they finish it will complete??

I couldn't get anybody to drive the Progressive car at all - I have 2 of those, 2 Prius' and 2 luxury cars. I ended up borrowing the luxury car from the beach house for one of my Sims and as soon as the 3rd one got on the road, the goal completed, so I followed the 2 luxury cars around to collect money (the 3rd car was on the main town roads and I couldn't switch back and forth fast enough to collect Simoleons from all 3). Next time I get that goal, it will be either 3 cars in town or 3 cars on the island.

Several players missed the cute tiny "r", others read it, although it wasn't there. So actually it was a good hint

Could you complete the goal in the meantime?
At the comments of Stenn and Karen you see, that it's not easy. I also have problems to get 3 sims on the road. At every second house my sim refuses to drive

The first time after the teen update the game crashed while I was collecting from the bubbles

For the goal I sent a teen with his dad, the next sim refused, with the 4th sim -again at another house- I had 3 on the road and the goal completed.

I also had a problem with this goal in that the second sim refused to get in the car at all - but I got it to work eventually.

Once the first sim was driving, I went to the town map to see the car.
Then went to another lot and set a second sim to drive. Then visit the town map again.
Then repeat for the third sim.

I got this goal several days ago. You MUST have 3 cars, and then have 3 sims drive in them at the same time.
