thanksgiving challenge

Having problems with my thanksgiving challenges...I completed them all by Thursday,got the hats and table etc, then got the Christmas present yesterday. I went back on last night and it has gone back to 75% through thanksgiving again and now won't let me finish, the tv's won't let my sims watch the parade.
Anyone else had this problem? If so how do I sort it or do you think it will sort itself?

I know on my TV's I can no longer watch the parade but I can still cook a turkey and bake a pumpkin pie. I'm not sure why the Thanksgiving challenge would still be showing up for you. Must be some kind of glitch...
