The toddler doll in the stroller is decoration also. Pretty disappointing. You can tell if there is no need symbol at the bottom of the icon in the homestore, then it is only decoration.

Oh man, and I paid for this thinking, when I got toddlers they could push it around. Good to know about the symbols. I never thought about --if there is no symbol... Makes sense.
